This view shows the location of the Customs Dock. All arriving yachts from overseas must call Richard;'s Bay Port Control on VHF channel 16 or 13. They will be instructed to proceed to the Customs Dock and await the arrival of both customs and immigration officers. This may take some time, as much as 24 hours. It is advisable to periodically remind Port Control officials that you are awaiting check in procedures. There are no charges involved.
